I think it’s safe to say that summer has finally started to make its appearance in our little corner of the world. With the warmer days ahead I wanted to share my favourite piece that carries me through the season, the summer dress! This is pretty much all I wear throughout the summer, they make me feel put together and comfortable all at the same time. Paired with a simple sandal or dressed up with a wedge, they are perfect to transition from day to night.

From classic blues, soft blushes and subtle pops of colour with peach and yellow tones there is sure to be one on this list that catches your eye and possibly makes it’s way into your wardrobe this summer. I am particularly partial to midi and maxi dresses, the length just seems to work well for me. This blue dress is stunning and I love the mix of soft blue and grey stripes as well as the detail on the bodice.
