We have a book in the corner that will make a great reading book when I build/buy a bench and make it look like a low built in. Pottery barn could supply the cushions.
Oh, this is such a good giveaway! I think lots of pillows and comfy rugs are the way to good with a good reading nook. You want it to be a relaxing and welcoming space. Thanks so much!
I would convert my son’s closet into a reading nook – the space is ‘century home’ small, but has tons of potential! He is an avid reader – what a perfect way to encourage him.
LOVE this reading nook! Of love to create one just like this! Thanks for the fun giveaway– my fingers are crossed!! Xoxox
My son is 4 months old and we have been reading books every day. I love the idea of creating a cozy reading space with lots of pillows, cushions and poufs. Unfollow you on Instagram and Pinterest.

I am creating a nursery/playroom for a 6 month old boy and would love love love to win this! It’s hard for me to find cute playroom ideas for boys for some reason i keep finding all these girly things, this would be helpful! I follow you on every social media outlet i have haha. I want one for me! 🙂 This would be perfect to set-up for my niece. My sister has a small apartment and every nook and cranny of space counts. The corner in her living room would be a perfect place to set up a tent, cozy up with some throws and loads of pillows and settle in to read through her Grimm’s fairytales book I gifted her! Plus it doubles as a cute cove in the living room to show off when guests come over. Loving your use of neutrals too!

Love this so much! I’d love a teepee in our playroom for my little girl and boy who both love to read and be read to! Lots of cushions and cute lights would be great!
How adorable is his room. I love the reading nook. I love all little chairs and think reading nooks are key in every child’s room. I am totally leaving toward this cute little teepee and all the adorable pillows and blankets inside. My fingers are crossed!
Well unfortunately I can’t have children due to having ovarian cancer 6 years ago. But I am a huge lover of reading in a serene environment that is comfortable, quiet, relaxing and peaceful. I think kids should be able to read in place that lets them use their imagination, a place is that is their own. I would have colorful pillows, throws and accessories. Every baby shower or kids party I always gift books or learning tools. If I won the gift card I would actually give it to a couple that is expecting a baby this summer.
We would create a whimsical reading nook. We are all about pretend and fairy tales these days and I think this would be a little slice a heaven she could relax in before bed each day! Thanks for hosting the giveaway, gorgeous little nook you created!

The teepee is so unbelievably cute, would love one of those for my two boys reading nook with maybe a very light textures grey rug, lots and lots of pillows we are huge on pillows and comfort here! I’d like to put a cute blanket box with some cozy throw blankets and snuggly animals…Also can’t forget a ton of books, my little guys favourite is the “bigger digger” book! 🙂
Love this special little space! I could (attempt ;)) to create a cozy, magical, adventure filled reading nook where memories were created, stories were read, princesses were saved and where imaginations were on over drive!!! I follow you on everything listed above 😉
I would LOVE a teepee like little Liam’s as reading space. That or a bohemian feel, with fairy lights, bean bag chairs and pillows all around!
I would love to create a reading space just like this for my boy. I absolutely love the teepee. I would fill it with a sheepskin rug and lots of stuffed animals. I also love the lantern outside the teepee. Gives it that feeling of being outdoors. Thanks for the fun giveaway. My fingers are crossed
One with a food theme!
Our little man isn’t here yet, but I seem to find myself buying more books for home than clothes! We’ve already started a little reading nook for him/us to share and where I can read to him right now. We only have a little rug, chair, Love You More blanket (!) and our growing number of books, but once he arrives, we plan on evolving his reading nook as he grows! I love the tent idea! Thanks Monika! Cheers!
I’ve just added Tamara Taggart inspired spice racks in my 5mo old daughters room. Her book collection is growing and in a small space is the perfect touch. I’m still searching for the perfect lamp and our favourite is to lounge in bed on a pile of pretty pillows and read (grab book out of my hand to chew). We follow on Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook. Cheers
If I could create a space that would make my 18 month sit still, it would have to involve books because that’s the only reason she will sit. Right now she just empties her shelf and bin and makes a huge mess so a little book nook would be perfect.
We don’t have a lot of space, but there’s a beautiful sunshiney corner that would be perfect for a little nook. Just some homemade touches and we’ll be good to go!
I am currently pregnant but don’t know the gender of my baby, but I would love so much to give my baby a place to ready and relax in his or her teepee!

I would be over the moon if I won the PBK gift card! I have a 19th month old son and a daughter due in November. I would make my reading nook gender neutral with lots of white and hints of grey. I would have to buy that side table you have! and a moroccan pouf would be a must! I really believe a reading nook doesn’t get any better than the one you created. I would definitely use your nook as inspiration and guide to mine!

I would like to create a castle reading nook for my daughter when she begins to read. I love Pottery Barn Kids!
My daughter loves to read, almost as much as she loves to dance. She has one side of her room where she has set some pillows and blankets up to read but I’d love to do something a little more permanent there.

This is just so gorgeous! I’ve always wanted a reading book under the stairs and it would be a dream to create this for little ones. It’s space one might not otherwise use, and could be a great “hideaway” as they grow.

We have a great unused loft space in our home. It would make an adorable reading nook for our little guy when he is big enough to climb the ladder. It’s the perfect little “getaway” where he can let his imagination run wild. All it needs is some decor/furnishings!

I’d create a cozy nook in my kids shared bedroom corner… It would have a fun teepee…equipped with flashlights, dangling stars or lights, loads of fluffy pillows and our fav books!

Nothing like curling up with a good book. Our day is filled with books, so they are pretty much on the floor in every room :). How sweet it would be to have a cozy corner dedicated to reading. Inspired by your photos! Thanks for the opportunity!
Lots of comfy pillows and cozy furs inside the teepee… living in the woods, that style would fit right in.
I would do something Frozen-ish with icy blues, a stuffed reindeer, etc. because my kids all are crazy about that movie still. [email protected]

Great giveaway, as we are expecting our third baby shortly, to make our troop 3 under 3(ahhhhh), I could imagine our little reading nook to be a cozy place full of snuggles and love. The days are busy and crazy but a place to retreat to and enjoy one another’s love would be great :).
I’d be passing this along to my nephew, who absolutely loves books! He has a wall of floating shelves right now, full of books. My favourite to read to him is Good Night Vancouver, because it’s where his Auntie lives! Followed you on all platforms!

Lots of light and lots of pillows. I might have to steal your teepee idea though!!!
I have been collecting ideas for a play area in my up and coming baby’s room! I don’t have much space or extra rooms in the house and have 3 other kids ranging from 5 to 7. So far, I decided to divide the room with shelving units that will double as storage. But a tepee idea would be a perfect idea for a reading nook and I have been searching diligently for an affordable, not too difficult to make, tepee design for the rest of the room! Thank you for the awesome give away!
Wow, this is awesome. I love the styling of all the accessories to the teepee. Fantastic.
