Alright, ladies. Who doesn’t love a good pair of boots? When I consider all the different wardrobe pieces worth investing in, I would definitely put a good pair of boots at the top of that list. They’re so versatile. And I love all of the details that are popping up on them right now.

There are all kinds of styles to suit all tastes. Personally, I love the pearls on the heel trend (no.1) or the classic logo hardware from the Gucci boots (no.9). The scalloped edges on the tall rainboot (no.3) are such an adorable touch, too. Playful, stylish rainboots are a necessity when you live in Vancouver. I’d love to invest in a pair like those ones!

Each of these styles would be perfect for dressing up or down.  Pair them with a simple outfit –like jeans, a white t-shirt, and a jacket – on cooler days. Any of the booties would be cute with a pair of cropped denim with a frayed edge, no? And embellished Chelsea boots are a fun take on a classic style – especially the one with the scalloped edge around the elastic (no.10).
