Last week, I had the pleasure to attend a unique dinner hosted for American Express Platinum Cardmembers; a special dining experience at YEW Seafood and Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver. Chefs Ned Bell and Jeff Van Geest collaborated to create a five-course meal celebrating British Columbia’s array of food, including seafood! Together paired with premium wines from the province’s first government designated sub-appellation, the Golden Mile.

The food presentation and event atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Each meal was explained and coupled with a delicious wine (which sadly I had to pass on, since I’m pregnant). I knew the evening was going to be a special kind of experience, so I wanted to dress the part too. And since all I have been wanting to do is dress for Fall, I thought this Kate Spade dress was perfect. Even with my growing belly it fit nice and I felt comfortable and put together. The oversized bow was such a show stopper! Perfect for a unique night out!
