Easy Breezy Summer Pieces

I laughed the other day that my yoga pants have been replaced with summer dresses. They’re so easy to wear, effortless with these gorgeous warm days. So many of you loved  the daisy dress I was wearing last week; guess what!! It was under $40, fun and flirt to wear during the day or out for a day night.  I wanted to share a few pieces that I found at our Old Navy, their summer collection is so good. I found a ton of cute and comfortable dresses at such great price points.  A perfect way to add in a pop of colour into your wardrobe this season. From linen fabrics, to fun floral patterns and classic’s like gingham and this white and black polka dot dress –that I bought and will be living in this summer, there is sure to be one or more you will love too.

My favourite summer staples? An oversized sun hat (this also comes in a mini version for your little one!), a straw clutch and of course my go-to a versatile jean jacket to pop over your dresses if it cools off.

I shop A LOT for the kids at Old Navy. From pieces to play around in and of course cute outfits for church too.  This soft pink shift dress with button detail for Lilly is perfect,  how cute are these jean shorts with white piping accent adding that perfect feminine touch. I had to include Lilly’s absolute favourite gold jelly ballet flats, (we get these for her every year!). They come in multiple colours and other styles too, so fun as I remember wearing these as a little girl. This season they have these super fun jelly slides for us adults, I’m picking up extra pairs to have for around the pool next year! … Because for $8 a pair who wouldn’t want a couple colors.
