Frozen Eggnog Cocktail

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Makes 6 cocktails

2 ½ cups eggnog (store-bought or homemade)
¼ cup brandy
½ cup dark rum
¼ cup bourbon
1 cup ice cubes
1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
Freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon to garnish


Chill your glasses in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend on high for approximately 1–2 minutes until thick and frothy. Divide among chilled glasses and top with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
