Step Into Spring
With nicer weather just around the corner, I’m always thinking about effortless looks for spring. A sweet dress with a pair of sneakers is one of my top go-to choices and pairing together all the beautiful soft colour combinations we’re seeing this season has been so much fun.
Flowy, floral fabrics are popping up everywhere right now, and they go perfectly with an updated version of the classic white sneaker. The length of this dress is great for days you want a little more coverage, but still want to enjoy the lightness of chiffon. Ruffle details along the collar adds a feminine touch. Style it with these casual sneakers I currently have in my cart. I love the blush detail, and it works well with the little pops of colour in the dress.
For an easy and elegant look, this blue and neutral floral patchwork dress has a lovely combination of bright blues and softer tones. The square neck and long sleeves give it almost a 70s feel. If you’re looking for something sleeveless, this longer button-down dress has a similar floral pattern but carried throughout. Truly the prettiest dress for a daytime event, but easily transitioned into an evening look with a cute jacket.
If you’ve watched my stories recently, you know this next dress from Cleobella is a new favourite of mine. They have so many beautiful pieces for spring, but the tiered ruffle trim and vintage-inspired pattern caught my attention right away. This really is a versatile dress, and one I’ll wear again and again.
These GG sneakers are my tried-and-true favourites. Seriously, they are the most comfortable shoes and I wear them with everything. (Worth the hype!) I just purchased the baby blue and silver version, which I think will be perfect with all my floral dresses.
I’ve added a few more dresses that balance light ruffle details with playful spring patterns. They all go so well with these cute leather low-top trainers. The off-white sole and beige logo make them a good essential to pair with the softer colorways this spring
